Good to know

  • The driver will contact you before 21:00 the day before the tour to confirm the specific departure time. On the morning of the tour date, around 8:00 AM, the driver will pick you up to start our journey.
  • On the last day of the tour, we will normally return to Xining City around 18:30. During peak season, traffic jams are common. If you are booking train or plane tickets, please book them for after 20:30 to avoid delaying your trip! (You will be responsible for any losses due to trip delays caused by traffic jams or other force majeure events.)
  • Each person is allowed one suitcase no larger than 22 inches, or two people can share one suitcase no larger than 24 inches. We recommend traveling light. If you must bring large luggage, please contact customer service.
  • On the day the tour ends, we provide free drop-off service to the train station or airport. (Drop-off is provided in one trip; we do not offer multiple drop-offs. Regular airport/train station transfer time is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside of these hours, there will be an overtime service fee of 80 RMB for a 5-seater vehicle and 120 RMB for a 7-seater vehicle.)
  • The fee you paid does not include transportation to the meeting point or from the tour disbanding location. Please make your own arrangements and purchase relevant insurance as appropriate. If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time due to weather, flight changes, government control, personal reasons, or other factors, please contact the travel butler in a timely manner to negotiate a solution. Any travel changes and related expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the traveler.
  • Accommodation Information: If you do not stay at the designated accommodation during the trip, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for any other accommodation costs.
  • Guests over the age of 65 are not recommended to travel to high-altitude areas. If they participate, they must be accompanied by an adult family member, provide a health certificate from a Grade III-A hospital or above, and sign a disclaimer with us.
