- Guests entering between 25:00 and 28:59 (4:59 am) will be charged an additional late-night fee of 2,000 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children.
- The facility may be crowded due to events being held around Chitose. In that case, you may have to wait for more than an hour or you may not be able to enter the facility. In that case, you can use the facility on another day or we will give you a full refund.
- No refunds will be given even if a delay in JR or bus service causes a delay in your arrival at New Chitose Airport and as a result you are unable to use
the service on the day. - Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the facility after check-in.
- Luggage storage is only available during your stay in the facility.
