Special Notes

1. Airport Pickup Instructions: Airport pick-up service is provided (only for Shuangliu Airport). The flight time must be sent to the butler in advance.
2. Group Leaving Instructions: During the group trip, you cannot leave early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave early or leave the group midway, the unfinished part of the trip will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and no fees will be refunded. If any accident occurs after leaving or leaving the group, all responsibilities and losses must be borne by yourself.
3. Accommodation Instructions: If you do not check in at the designated hotel during the trip, you cannot get a discount refund, and other accommodation expenses must be borne by you. If the hotel is full or requisitioned due to force majeure, our agency has the right to adjust, please be aware; hotel resources are tight during holidays. If there are not enough hotel rooms, our customer service will inform you in advance and adjust to other room types or hotels of the same level, please be aware.
4. Meeting place: Chengdu, the whole day of the group day is the gathering day, and there are no group activities.
5. Disbanding place: Chengdu, accommodation on the disbanding day is not included.
6. The age range for this product is: 6-65 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to join the group.
7. Number of people in a group: 3 people form a group. If the number of registered people does not meet the minimum number of people required, we have the right to cancel the activity and refund the paid fees in full, and will not bear the personal losses caused by this.
8. Special reminder: Some areas in western Sichuan are relatively backward due to local conditions and environmental constraints. Hotel hardware and supporting facilities cannot be compared with first- and second-tier cities. We try to choose the best hotel for accommodation.
9. Disbandment instructions: Accommodation on the night of the disbandment is not included, please be aware.
10. Others: If you encounter traffic control, you need to flexibly adjust or delay your arrival at some attractions, please be aware.

How to contact

1. Three days before the gathering, a dedicated butler will contact you offline. Please pay attention to the dynamics of phone calls, text messages and WeChat.
2. On the night of the gathering, the guide or butler will release the itinerary information and precautions for the next day.
3. On the day of departure, the guide will meet everyone at the hotel.

Tips

1. About purchasing transportation information: It is recommended to buy air tickets on the day of gathering and arrive in Chengdu on the day of gathering.
2. About the time of disbanding: The normal time is about 20:00 in Chengdu. Accommodation on the day of disbanding is not included. It is recommended to buy a return ticket for the next day, which does not include airport transfer. If you need airport transfer, you need to pay for it yourself. The fee is a real-time quotation and does not specify the car model.
3. The default standard room is used when placing an order. If there are not enough standard rooms in the hotel during holidays, our agency will communicate and upgrade to a king-size bed room or other room types with advance notice; if there are force majeure factors such as full hotel rooms, power outages, water outages, or government activities, our agency will coordinate to other hotels.
4. The default car for placing an order is the Tank 300 off-road vehicle. If there is a single person joining a group, the car/room operation will be carried out according to the order time, and the seat will not be specified.
