Seasonal Menu (Minimum 2 persons) Ming Pavilion proudly presents its new Seasonal Summer Menu, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and premium seafood to deliver an authentic and richly layered dining experience. The menu features a refreshing selection of appetisers, exquisite Fujian dim sum, carefully crafted soups, seafood specialties bursting with freshness and flavour, classic Minnan-inspired signature dishes, staple favourites, and delightful desserts. Complementing the menu is a chilled Jasmine Jade Cold Brew Tea, whose delicate floral notes perfectly balance the rich and savoury flavours of Fujian cuisine, providing a refreshing and memorable finale to your summer feast.

Dim Sum Brunch (Minimum 2 persons) Ming Pavilion introduces a new dim sum brunch, seamlessly blending Fujianese flavors with modern creativity for a delightful culinary experience. Guests can choose 6 dishes from the menu, featuring Fujian snacks and dim sum, Minnan signature, soups, vegetables, Rice & Noodle, and dessert. Highlights include the aromatic Tea-Smoked Crispy Pigeon and the authentic Steamed Buddha Jumps Over the Wall Dumpling in Soup. Experience the essence of Hokkien cuisine in every bite.

This is the second time I've tried this lunch set, and the food, with its twelve diverse options, really suits my taste. I was satisfied with everything, except for the pigeon, which surprisingly had no flavor at all! The service was excellent and very attentive. It was a pleasant dining experience.

Delicious.... The two of us girls couldn't finish it and had to take it to go. They also let us have unlimited refills of ginger tea!
