SUPER CONVENIENT. Given that the stadium was new, everyone was pretty confused on where/how to go. This was super convenient for us who've booked the tickets+hotel packages. Really good buy!
The bus is right across from Entrance H, and the staff holding signs are easy to spot. The shuttle is very punctual and departs as soon as it's full.
It's fantastic that there's a direct bus to Huanggang Port for the return trip to Shenzhen after the Gloria concert. The staff provides guidance along the way, and the Klook signage is very clear. This bus service solves the problem of how to get back to Shenzhen after the concert – excellent!
the voucher said the bus will be leaving at 10:20 PM so few minutes before the concert, we already went out of the stadium to get in line first but the organizers let us wait for almost an hour before they guided us to the docking areas and left. our feet hurt and we wanted to be home fast but the opposite happened.

had a bit of trouble getting to the bus neet up point because of counter flow from the crowd since we exited at gate f. but getting on the bus and going to the hotel was quick and easy.
the bus going to the venue was super late! i think the rest of the passengers ended up taking an uber because like us, we weren't sure if it would arrive. it wa sa good thing that the bus did arrive before we were able to book an uber. but overall, the bus service was convenient because we didn't want to take the mtr along with the rest of the crowd. hopefully next time, we could get a contact number we can call to know if the bus was running late or not.
