- Airport/train station pick-up/drop-off and city tours will be provided by different guides. The guide will contact you between 19:00 and 21:00 the night before the tour starts. Please pay attention to your mobile phone text messages and keep your phone line open.
- Hotels generally check-in after 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can store your luggage at the hotel front desk and enjoy free time first. Check-in after 14:00.
- During peak tourist seasons, rooms are in high demand. If you are traveling with companions, you may be assigned a double room (1.8 meters wide or 1.5 meters wide). Room types are not guaranteed and will be arranged according to the actual hotel room availability. Standard rooms are not guaranteed.
- If the hotel arranged by our company is within the reference range and there is no hardware damage to the hotel, we will not replace the hotel if the guest subjectively feels that the hotel is not good after arrival. If the guest insists on changing the hotel, the guest will be responsible for the resulting transportation and hotel cleaning fees! If it is the peak season, and there are no hotels available for replacement, we will refund the single room rate to the guest, and the guest can book a room by themselves.

- Because of the tight room availability in Xiamen during winter and summer vacations and holidays, it is necessary to confirm with the operator before placing an order if you need a triple room or extra bed. During winter and summer vacations and holidays, there will be more double rooms, so both standard rooms and double rooms may be arranged. Please understand any inconvenience caused.
- If flights or trains are canceled or delayed, or other policy price adjustments or force majeure factors cause itinerary delays or changes, the resulting expenses will be borne by the guest, and our company will assist in the arrangements.
- Group tickets cannot be transferred, changed, or refunded. If the attractions are not visited due to the guest's own reasons, the tickets will not be refunded. If you voluntarily give up the meal, the meal fee will not be refunded. Students who operate as adults will not be refunded the ticket price difference.
- A cancellation 15 days before departure will incur a loss of 60% of the tour fee.
