Our driver, Jefri provided seamless transfer from KLCC to Genting Highlands Awana Cable Car base station. Along the drive, he provided us some information about KL and Genting Highlands in general. Also, thanks to him for getting us back to the city in rush hour traffic!
We were picked up from our hotel right on time. Our driver, Jefri, was very courteous and professional. He informed us in advance about the number of passengers joining the tour and clearly explained where and when to meet. Thanks to his clear communication and smooth driving, our trip went perfectly.
Heaven for kids & adults who are kids at ❤️. My 2 year old loved it. The cable car was a short trip & the driver was on time.
Genting Highlands has a large mall with many facilities, perfect for families to enjoy! The driver was professional and polite, and explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing trip.
We enjoyed the visit to the temple and Pagoda. The cable car experience was enjoyable. Our ride arrived a bit late due to unexpected traffic etc, but we still arrived on time-ish. We also returned to our hotel on time-ish. The package is inclusive of the cable car ticket, but no explanation (tour guide style) service was provided throughout the journey. It was basically just a transport transfer.

Driver Jefri arrived right on time and told us a lot of stories along the way. He's a very kind person. Highly recommend him.
I didn't like how they do the transfer via a local colorful printed caravan type car. when I am booking a private tour it should be private car not like a bus kind of vehicle. coming to driver he was very much dominant and started scaring he will charge extra fees for 15mins delay. this doesn't give good experience to foreigners when we visit to a new place either keep things clear from starting. I wouldn't recommend to book from klook in malaysia atleast. it was good for me in Dubai. I will next time book grab which is way cheaper than klook
