Melbourne Puffing Billy Train & Healesville Sanctuary & Winery Tour

I've always wanted to ride the little train and enjoy the feeling of dangling my feet out of the carriage, but I could never find the time, and tickets were hard to get. This time, while attending Yixin's graduation ceremony in Melbourne, I thought I'd arrange it. I happened to see this itinerary online, and it's just perfect for us! There's a little train to experience, a walk along the beachside cabins, a visit to the Healesville Sanctuary to see cute platypuses (Terry), wine tasting at a winery, and bus transfers so you don't have to drive and can enjoy drinking! Although the weather was unstable with intermittent rain, the little train experience in the misty mountains was even more special! Curtis, our driver and guide, was very professional and made sure our whole family had a great time. This is a fantastic trip, whether it's a family outing with children, or with a few close friends, couples, or partners, everyone can have a fulfilling experience!

The entire trip was rich throughout the day, starting with a trip to the famous Rainbow Cottages, where you could not stop taking pictures with these houses. Then head to Vineyard Winery where you can decide for yourself whether to taste the wines for AU 15-25 and head out to Hillsville Wildlife Refuge where you can see kangaroos, koalas, which is really cool. Finally off to the most anticipated Melbourne steam train, which can sit for an hour with your feet & hands exposed outside the train, it’s really cool and the scenery along the way is beautiful. The guide was friendly and explained clearly. The train is really a must and is a good experience

The vehicle was comfortable, and the itinerary was relaxed and not too rushed, allowing us to fully enjoy the trip. The steam train ride is highly recommended and a delightful experience for both adults and children. The time spent at the wildlife park was just right, with enough time for lunch and animal viewing. The winery offered optional wine tasting at your own expense, allowing us to purchase our favorites. The guide and driver were the same person, providing attentive service and bilingual (Chinese and English) assistance, making it a great value for the price.

This is an enjoyable day trip with our tour guide and driver - Mr Bill. He is very friendly and responsive.

it was a full day tour and it was awesome.. Went to 4 itineraries- Brighton Beach, Yarra Valley Wine Tasting, Healesville Sanctuary and the highlight is Puffing Billy Railway!! definitely worth the price we paid for!!
