-Pick-up service range: Guilin city area (East to East 2nd Ring Road, West to Qinghe Meibang, North to Guilin North Railway Station, South to South Bus Station) or free pick-up service from each hotel [For some hotel guests, you may need to walk to the nearest meeting point, please consult customer service for details]. If you need to go to places outside these areas, there will be additional costs, and the specific amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
Time arrangement: The group departure time is around 7:00, and the trip usually ends around 18:00, taking you back to the hotel or back to the pick-up point. We will inform you of the meeting time again one day before the trip, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time.
[Yulong River Rafting Special Tips]:
- Every tourist must wear a life jacket before getting on the bamboo raft, and do not take it off during the trip. Please take care of your electronic products.
- Yulong River Scenic Area stipulates that pregnant women, people with disabilities, etc. are strictly prohibited from taking Yulong River bamboo rafts. Children under 1 meter and the elderly over 70 years old cannot take double bamboo rafts. If there are people who cannot take the raft, you can choose the Yulong River 8-person bamboo raft, or change to a free walking tour of Yulong River. Please contact Klook customer service in advance.
- The Yulong River double bamboo raft is a manual bamboo raft that can carry 2 tourists. Rafting starts with 2 people. If there is a single person, you will need to pay for an empty raft (because real-name ticketing is now implemented, the scenic spot does not provide raft sharing services). The empty raft fee for a single person from Shui'edi to Gongnong Bridge is 100 yuan, and the empty raft fee for a single person from Jinlong Bridge to Jiuxian is 160 yuan.
- The rafting duration is for reference only. The raft workers are managed by the Yulong River Scenic Area. The actual rafting duration depends on the speed of the raft worker on that day.
- Guests on Yulong River double bamboo rafts who weigh 200 jin (220 lbs) individually need to charter a raft, and the total weight of two people cannot exceed 320 jin (352 lbs).
- In case of holidays [especially the Spring Festival, May Day, and National Day Golden Week], the Yulong River Wharf will choose the rafting section according to the flow of people in the scenic area on that day. If the bamboo raft queuing time is too long or the ticketing is temporarily stopped, you can change to other attractions of equal value or refund the price difference to change to a walking tour.
