Taking the Eternal East Cross-Border bus from the Chimelong Giraffe Castle Hotel in Qingyuan to the Grand International Hotel for the return trip to Hong Kong, there are restrooms available along the way, the staff are polite, and the trip back to Hong Kong is actually quite fast. The journey took two hours longer than the original schedule, and it took five hours to arrive, which would be quite tiring for the whole family. The other arrangements are good. Tickets are issued quickly and you can get on the bus with a code, which is convenient and fast.

I purchased a round-trip ticket, and the outbound ticket was automatically canceled, but the return ticket was kept. However, I'm not allowed to request a refund for the return ticket, which has disrupted my plans.
Booked hotel tickets here, initially thought booking Far East would be okay since there was time, but two days later the system notified me that it had to be canceled due to being sold out. I was furious, and when I checked again, all the times I originally planned for were gone. Then I went back to the Far East's own website and there were plenty of slots available. The price was the same, so why would I book here?
