Under the guidance of Takako, a home-cooking expert, you’ll learn the history and some signature cooking techniques
After enjoying your savory creation, you’ll make warabimochi, a chewy, jelly-like dessert dusted with soybean powder and drizzled with brown sugar syrup. To complete the experience, Takako will teach you to whisk a frothy bowl of matcha, the perfect complement to your handmade sweets
