All vehicles undergo annual inspections and regular safety checks. We do not accept requests for specific vehicle models. According to Xinjiang transportation regulations, operating vehicles cannot travel more than 600 kilometers per day. If the distance exceeds 600 kilometers, the driver will face a huge fine of 20,000-100,000 RMB or revocation of their business license. Therefore, for daily travel activities outside the planned itinerary, we recommend you arrange taxis, ride-hailing services, or other transportation yourself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. II. About Group Mates: This itinerary is a national group tour for 2-6 people (2 people to start, 6 people maximum). Due to the random nature of group formation, we cannot pre-screen information such as the age, gender, or region of group mates. Special note: For tourists with specific social environment requirements, we recommend choosing a customized private car service. III. Regarding Single Room Supplement and Accommodation Arrangement Notice: Voluntary Room Sharing Principle Single male/female registrants who accept room sharing arrangements can be exempt from the single room supplement. Room sharing partners are only guaranteed to be of the same gender and do not promise specific information such as age, occupation, or region. For example, a single male tourist may share a room with male tourists of different age groups or with the driver. Explanation of Solo Occupancy Fees. If you insist on single occupancy, you need to pay the full room difference (the specific amount is subject to the itinerary quotation). Accommodation Rules for Multiple Travelers. If multiple travelers (such as families/groups) have an odd number of people, the travel agency will match genders based on available room-sharing resources on that day. For example, if a family of three travels and only a single male tourist is matched on that day, the male member of the family will need to share a room with him. Those who mind should pay the single room supplement. IV. About Accommodation: As Xinjiang is still a less developed region, hotels differ greatly from those in inland areas, especially in scenic spots, where only cleanliness and hygiene can be guaranteed. Even so, rooms are still hard to come by during peak season. Most hotels do not have triple rooms. This product does not accept children sharing a room alone, nor does it accept adult tourists with children sharing a room; if you are traveling alone with a child, you must pay the single room supplement before departure or register the child as an adult, and the corresponding ticket discount difference will be refunded locally. Five. Regarding Seat Rotation: Carpooling is not a private car service. To ensure fairness of the itinerary, seats must be rotated daily! VI. Driver-Guide Service: Drivers have limited education and cannot provide professional explanations. Also, for safety reasons, they may not be able to interact with everyone while driving attentively. Please understand, group mates, and prepare your travel guides in advance. VII. About Prices: This route is a national scattered group tour, and prices vary across different regions. Prices also differ based on registration time, the popularity of the daily schedule, and different booking platforms. Once you accept our price and join the group, regardless of whether it’s high or low, our agency will not accept price complaints. We ask for your understanding. VIII. About After-Sales Service: During your tour, if you have any needs or suggestions, please contact your butler or tour leader, and we will provide assistance immediately. To ensure that service quality issues are handled promptly and properly, if no objections are raised during the trip and feedback is given after returning to the group, our agency will not accept any complaints after the tour ends. IX. Group Bookings for Six or More Guests: We will allocate guests to two independent vehicles based on actual capacity (each vehicle being an independent small group). Each vehicle may have independent itinerary paces or differences in intermediate stops. Forcibly demanding parallel action will interfere with the experience plans of other groups and may even lead to overall itinerary delays. Therefore, we cannot promise coordinated action between vehicles. We ask for your understanding. Those who mind should book a private group. X. This product defaults to standard rooms, and the cost only includes the single person, single bed fee. Since hotels generally reserve double beds for direct sales, if tourists who need a double bed require a single room supplement, please inform us proactively.
