The decor is gorgeous, and the food quality is excellent. There's a variety of hot and cold seafood, with cooking method options for the hot seafood dishes. Seafood options include lobster, prawns, abalone, crab, clams, oysters, scallops, and snow crab. The self-serve hot food section is also great, featuring roasted pig, lamb chops, foie gras toast, baby back ribs, a noodle station, soft-shell crab, beef tenderloin, and more. They also occasionally have pop-up stalls that bring in fresh dishes. I tried the salmon caviar, winter melon soup, and beef wellington. There are also many types of desserts and fruits. Dinner time is from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and you can even eat dinner twice, haha. The only issue is that there are often delays in order fulfillment. Sometimes people who ordered later receive their dishes before us, and I'm not sure how the kitchen manages orders. However, despite the delays, no orders were missed. Overall, it was a very satisfying dinner.
The restaurant environment is superb, the service staff's attitude is 100 points, and the food quality is comparable to a restaurant for a buffet. The ingredients are 10 points fresh and of very high quality. There are also oysters and hairy crabs. It's just a pity that my stomach isn't big enough to accommodate the food. There are also many different kinds of hot dishes, which exceeded my expectations. The buffet competition in Macau is really fierce. Not only is there made-to-order seafood all-you-can-eat, but even more terrifyingly, even the hot cooked vegetables are all done perfectly. The ingredients are so fresh that you don't feel like they are cheating customers at all. Highly recommend this restaurant's buffet. 100 points. Can't be beat.
Restaurant Atmosphere: The environment and decor aim for a high-end feel, but unfortunately, there are too few tables, and the distance between them is too close. Even quiet conversations can be easily overheard by neighboring tables, which is a major drawback for a five-star hotel restaurant at this price point. Service: The service is truly impeccable. The servers and even the chefs at each cooking station are polite, smiling, and friendly, making you feel that they genuinely take pride in their restaurant and food. Food Taste: There is a variety of made-to-order seafood delivered to your table, including lobster, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and drinks. There is also caviar, hairy crab, and other seasonal specialties. In terms of quality and food selection, it is definitely worth the price.
The buffet offers quite a decent selections featuring fancy ingredients like lobsters, crabs, foie gras, scallops, ribs, etc. Tastes and freshness varied accordingly. The place offers comfortable seating and spaced out food counters. Service is not as attentive as you need to flag down the staff to clear table, refill water, etc.
If you pay $1000 per person for a buffet, you can enjoy the quiet British restaurant environment, service, not many people and no need to queue up for food. This is definitely the first choice. And you can keep ordering freshly cooked seafood. The cold cuts of lobster claws are sweet and fresh, pepper crab, cheese baked lobster, and cheese baked scallops are delicious. I tried several desserts and they were all delicious and exquisite. The Buddha Jumps Over the Wall is full of ingredients. There is a small dining car in the middle, which will provide a round of caviar salmon (the caviar is not particularly fresh), pineapple barbecued pork and sake abalone, but it does not provide the must-eat roast beef and foie gras in the buffet. There are only dry cheese truffle grilled Australian prime beef ribs (the truffle has no taste), Wellington salmon and fried duck liver toast. This aspect really disappointed me. If you don’t eat beef and want to eat high-quality buffets, it should be right to choose here, but if you go to Macau to eat a fresh seafood buffet at this price, there may be other good choices.
The menu at Macau's Han Po Court isn't extensive, but it's clear that high-end ingredients are used in every dish. The focus on quality over quantity transforms dining into an experience of refined enjoyment. The ambiance, service, and culinary excellence all complement each other, creating a memorable and very comfortable dining experience.
