You can board the vehicle by scanning the QR code. The driver was very enthusiastic and opened the trunk for everyone to put their luggage in. If you clear customs early and discuss an earlier pickup with the driver, they are usually accommodating as long as there's enough space. Overall, it was a very good ride experience.

I originally wanted to buy tickets at the venue, but I was worried they might sell out (though it's unlikely). The advantage of buying online is the peace of mind.

I booked a bus from Chamonix to Geneva Airport with AlpyTransfers, but the bus didn't show up at the scheduled time, and it didn't seem like a large company that was easy to contact. While I was fretting, a foreign gentleman who seemed to be taking the same bus managed to call the company. The bus finally arrived very late, dropped off passengers, and then the driver said he was done and wouldn't be departing. A few minutes later, he reappeared and told us to load our luggage. It seems like a company with no proper system. Moreover, it wasn't even a bus, but a small van with a luggage compartment attached to the back. Although it was slightly cheaper, I highly recommend against this company due to its lack of organization and the uncomfortable ride (the seat felt like it had a protrusion in the lower back). If there's another company with a similar schedule, I'd suggest taking their bus instead (I'm leaving this review because there aren't many Korean reviews).

My flight was delayed, and by the time I arrived at the airport, it was past boarding time. There was no one at the service counter to assist me.

Originally, I booked a large bus, but when I placed the order, I couldn't reserve it. I thought it might be full, so I had to switch to a smaller, more expensive minivan. When I arrived, the staff told us to take the large bus. During the ride, I asked Klook customer service about paying for a minivan but riding a large bus. Customer service said it might depend on the number of people present and that they would need to check with the local company. I've already returned home, and I still haven't received a response.
