Amazing experience from Thuy Hang - professional, kind and lovely. Very sanitary spa environment with all tools taken from the disinfecting machine. I cannot recommend this place enough - must go experience in Tainan for self care! They also serve Vietnamese coffee and banh mi during the daytime. Easy to book and flexible times.

It was my first time to experience ear candles. I felt it was novel but also a little nervous and scared. The clerk's movements were very gentle and comfortable. I even accidentally fell asleep.

The price didn't change from the time of booking, and there was no attempt to upgrade, and when I left the salon, they even gave me a free scalp spray to use when blow-drying. The kind staff's massage and the cat helped me to relax after my trip.

The only minor inconvenience is that parking spaces are difficult to find nearby, so it is recommended to allow extra time to find a parking space. Overall, it is still a store worth recommending.

The massage technician Mimi used this time was very good. She explained every step and was very attentive. I have been to many massage and hair washing shops and have also been to Vietnam to experience it. It was really comfortable and the environment was very relaxing. It was a pity that I didn't see the cat in the store, hahaha

Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: some of the facilities seem a bit older, and one of the foot spa machines was out of order. The restroom could also use a little more attention.

Besides the inconvenience of parking, everything else is great. Although the store has a cooperating parking lot, the number of spaces is limited, and it's a shame that the deductible hours are only two. The staff are professional and gentle, I fell asleep while being served.
