• This itinerary departs between March 1, 2026, and April 12, and the cherry blossom viewing locations will be adjusted according to the actual blooming period as follows:
• March 1 – March 20: Scheduled to view "Kawazu cherry blossoms" and enjoy the romantic atmosphere of early-blooming cherry blossoms.
• March 21 – April 12: Scheduled to visit "Segawa-zutsumi" to experience the magnificent pink riverside scenery during the peak cherry blossom season.
• ※The actual cherry blossom viewing conditions will be adjusted depending on the climate and blooming conditions of the year. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the tour guide's arrangements.
• If Segawa-zutsumi is not in bloom on the day, the alternative is to change to Yodosuiro Kawazu-zakura, a 5-minute drive from Segawa-zutsumi, to admire Kawazu cherry blossoms.
• Due to changes in climate and other factors each year, the peak bloom time and flowering conditions of cherry blossoms may vary. We regret to inform you that we will not process any cancellations or refund requests due to poor flowering conditions caused by force majeure on the departure date. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【About Tour Guide Information】The supplier will inform you of the meeting location, time, and tour guide contact information for the itinerary via email by 21:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If you do not receive it, please contact the supplier in a timely manner. If you receive multiple emails, the latest received email will prevail.
• 【About Luggage Privileges】Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For additional pieces, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Late Arrival and Refunds】As day tours are carpooling services, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait for you, and no refunds will be given.
• 【About Purchasing Front Row Seats】The front row refers to the front three rows of seats, and the arrangement will be made by the tour guide on the day. Please be aware of this.
• 【About Seasonally Limited Activities】(such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, light-up events, fireworks displays, snow scene viewing, hot spring season, festival events, etc.) These are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If we do not receive official notice of cancellation of the event, we will arrange according to the original plan. No refunds will be given if the flowering period or special event does not meet expectations. Please be aware of this.
