Truffle Hunting with Lunch/Dinner halfway from Cinque Terre to Parma

What to expect
I’m Flavia, a truffle expert guide, and I’m happy to welcome you here, together with my three little dogs Trilli, Maya and Ludovica and my mom Laura. This adventurous experience includes a hike into my truffle farm and woods of about 2/3 km long . Immersed in the forests of the Tuscan Apennines, we will follow the truffle dogs closely until they lead us to the truffle, which you will unearth with our own hands Depending on the season, we may find black summer truffles or uncinatum truffles. Back to my house (which was an ancient monastery back in 1600) we will sit down together for a hearty lunch or dinner made of homemade truffle products prepared by Mamma Laura; the final touch will be a grating of the truffle we will have found over the dishes.
