  • [Regarding Train Information] The Aso Boy train may be out of service. If the Aso Boy train is out of service, other trains will be used as substitutes. The route will be the same, with only slight differences in the interior. Please be aware of this.

  • [Regarding Luggage] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For extra pieces exceeding this allowance, you can pay JPY 2,000/piece on-site. Please be sure to make a note of this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: exquisite small group of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: bus tour of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day. The driver-cum-guide mainly focuses on driving with explanation as a supplement.
  • [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. In the event of the foregoing or other force majeure factors, the guide reserves the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. Please understand that refunds will not be issued for this reason.
  • [Regarding Lateness and Refunds] As the day tour is a shared ride service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the tour will not wait for you, and no refunds will be given. Please be aware of this.
  • [Regarding Reference Vehicles] 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater: Mini bus; 22 seater or more: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day.
