- Food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle. However, it is not recommended to bring smelly food
- Please note that you will receive confirmation within 1 business day when your booking date is less than 20 days from today. Otherwise, you will not get confirmation until 20 days before your travel date
- Delay may occur depending on traffic and weather conditions on your tour date
- Passengers must allow for ample transition time between their land trip to or from Bagan and their scheduled flights. The transfer operator will not be responsible for missed flights or appointments
- The bus company that you will use on your travel date will be arranged once your booking is confirmed. The operator will inform you at least 1 day before your scheduled travel date via email
- Passengers may bring foldable baby strollers, provided that these will be stored inside the bottom compartment of the bus
- Transfer time between Bagan and Inle Lake is approximately 10 hours

Bus is good, I had a great trip but it was arrived so early I thoght
Easy and comfortable . Only complaint is the sub-zero temperature in the bus.
The seat is old and most of the facilities are not in good condition. For example, the socket next to my seat is totally destroyed and cannot be used. There is no seat belt for my seat which is very dangerous. In addition, the driver whole night playing the buddha songs loudly which make passengers cannot sleep. The service of this operator is very bad. Not recommended.

Although the ride was bumpy due to uneven roads, the driver drove safely and ensured our journey was comfortable. Dinner was served at an eatery halfway through the journey.
Well organized, with reclinable seats, blankets, and snacks and water. The staff was very friendly but it was difficult to understand their English. The street was quite bumpy but the driver was good.
On time and the driver very helpful. Can speak well in English. He bring us to eat nicely Myanmar local food.
