- Please note: The bus company that you will use on your travel date will be arranged once your booking is confirmed. The operator will inform you at least 1 day before your scheduled travel date via email
- Passengers must allow for ample transition time between their land trip to/from Bagan and their scheduled flights. The transfer operator will not be responsible for missed flights or appointments
- Transfers between Yangon and Bagan are approximately 9-10 hours
- Passengers may bring foldable baby strollers, provided that these will be stored inside the bottom compartment of the bus
- This transfer is not suitable for persons with walking disabilities
- No seating arrangements will be given inside the bus. Seat availability is by first-come, first-serve basis
- Food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle. However, it is not recommended to bring smelly food
- Bus pictures are for reference only and your bus could look differently as the bus can be replaced by the bus company depending on the technical reasons, weather conditions and route

Bus is good 2+1 as expected. Never understood with these long bus journeys NEED to end at 5 AM in the middle of nowhere. Journey to YGN bus terminal near airport during peak hours is long and excruciating
It was disappointing and a far cry from the 2+1 seat arrangements of what VIP bus should be! Taken VIP buses from Yangon to Inle Lake which was much much better and felt VIP standard but this was just a normal bus! Imagine being stuck onboard for 9hours cramped into a tiny seat!

I took the 8.30AM bus. The bus says first class but really, the quality of the whole experience is terrible. The bus was so rocky I had motion sickness. There were no English explanations of any kind from moment of boarding to when I alight. The seat was dirty. People could eat their savoury food on the bus and thus causing the bus to smell. The bus stops at several stations and we were not sure what to do and how long we were staying at each stop for. So, we didn’t dare leave for the toilet as a group. Not a ride for single travellers. This bus was really just meant for locals. I would not recommend it as I would much prefer a better smoother ride for my 8 hour bus journey.

The bus was late . I arrived before 7.30am as stipulated check in time for 8am departure but was asked to sit down and wait . The counter person wasn’t able to speak much English so I wasn’t sure if the bus will ever come . Eventually a bus arrived after 9 am and I lost track on what time it actually departed . I also suspected that it was a trick that they combined multiple booking slots in one shot to save the trip . Not only that , they also stopped at another station to pick up more passengers . I really doubted that this is a VIP bus. Otherwise I would say that this VIP is over rated . The cushion seat of this bus is better than the one I took from Yangon to bangan . That’s the only positive thing .
