The five hours were totally worth it! Eric is a fantastic guide, and the pacing and timing were just right! He made sure we took appropriate breaks and constantly looked back to see if we were keeping up. He also explained the details of the glacier tour and shared where the glacier used to reach!
Although the weather wasn't very good that day, the equipment provided on-site was extremely complete, and the guide was professional and reassuring! During the break, there was also free hot coffee and hot chocolate to enjoy. The overall experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend everyone to join!

We needed to pay attention to the meeting point for the Troll tour. We trusted the AI too much and went to the wrong meeting point, missing our scheduled time. However, after messaging the Troll company, the staff at the camp were very helpful and allowed us to join the afternoon tour instead. The 5-hour glacier hike was fantastic. Our guide, Kasper, was incredibly thoughtful, attentive to everyone's condition, and very focused on safety. He meticulously checked every section of the path we were to take, using tools to carve out safe footholds. We saw amazing scenery, and it was a truly unforgettable and wonderful experience.
