The agreed time in the itinerary is an estimate, and there may be some errors in reality. Travelers are responsible for any personal and property itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. If the traveler is unable to travel due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will charge for the costs incurred and the business booking losses. If a replacement is required, a new contract must be signed. No refunds will be given for requests to leave the group after departure. If the traveler's itinerary changes due to reasons not caused by our company, our company will not provide compensation for the reduced portion, and the traveler will be responsible for the increased costs.
- Please understand the weather and geographical conditions of the destination in advance before traveling, and please prepare commonly used warm clothing, cooling, sunscreen, rain gear, and common medicines. Please pay attention to personal and property safety when getting on and off the bus, while driving, in the hotel, in the scenic area, and at the dining point. Smoking is prohibited in the scenic area. Please take care of public environmental hygiene.
- Rest stops and toilet breaks will be provided along the way during the itinerary. Please actively pay for your own small change. Including rest after meals, hotel rest, and free activities indicated in the itinerary are all free activity time. During this period, the traveler is responsible for their own property and personal safety. Please pay attention to safety and do not participate in activities that violate Chinese laws or are not suitable for participation.

These services are not provided by our company, especially those sold by private vendors, which are not within our control. Please do not bargain if you do not intend to buy. If you are interested, please make your own judgment. Any purchases are your personal behavior, and any consequences shall be borne by the traveler.
- If standard errors are caused by special reasons, supplements and refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law." Due to special circumstances during the tour, our company reserves the right to temporarily adjust the tour itinerary without reducing the number of tourist attractions.
- If the traveler's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that the travel agency or performing auxiliary person has taken reasonable care to avoid but still cannot avoid, our company will refund the expenses that have not occurred. If a stay is caused, our company will assist in the arrangement, and the increased expenses will be borne by the traveler.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without negotiation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the traveler, and the unfinished part will be regarded as a voluntary waiver. Our company will not refund the fee and will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler. Normal project refunds (tickets, accommodation) are based on our company's discounted price and are not based on the listed price. The guest shall bear all consequences of leaving the group without authorization.
- Our company will monitor the quality of the team at any time. Please understand the limitations of the group tour for individual travelers and communicate with our company in a timely manner about team quality issues so that we can assist in solving them in a timely manner. Before the end of the tour, please carefully and objectively fill in the "Travel Agency Service Quality Tracking Survey Form." Our company will not handle any feedback opinions that contradict the opinions signed by the person.
