- From Cat Ba: passengers will be picked up by shuttle bus to the port. After speedboat transfer to Hai Phong, the big bus will take passengers to continue the journey to Hanoi office, then transit to another vehicle to drop off in hotels in Old Quarter Hanoi.
- FREE HOTEL PICK UP / DROP OFF is available. For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. Please add your hotel details during check out.
- If your trip departs at the weekend and arrival point is in Hanoi city, Please note that drop off point would be 128 Tran Nhat Duat street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi due to street restrictions.
