Activity Description:

• [Group Formation Instructions] The tour proceeds with a minimum of 1 person and is capped at 20 people. Groups of 1-5 people will have a driver who also serves as a guide. Groups of 6 or more will have a dedicated tour guide.
• [Suitable Participants] This tour is suitable for individuals aged 12-65 in good health, without conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or cerebrovascular disease. Due to policy restrictions, this tour is limited to citizens of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. We appreciate your understanding. (Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Participants over 55 must undergo a medical examination to ensure they are in good health).
• [Departure Notice] 1-3 days before departure, we will send a text message containing the hotel name, time, address, phone number, and other relevant information for the Chengdu gathering day. 1. The gathering day is a free activity and not part of the formal itinerary. Please pay attention to personal and property safety during free time. Insurance is not included on the gathering day.
2. A complimentary hot spring experience is offered on Day 2 at the hotel in Gulgou. It is recommended to prepare swimwear in advance. Gulgou is famous for its natural hot springs and is a small town in Li County. Please have reasonable expectations regarding the hotel and hot springs.
3. Water and electricity supplies are insufficient in Tibetan areas. Occasional water and power outages may occur. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlights. Unstable water temperature or water outages may occur during showers, so please shower quickly.
4. If a bonfire party cannot be organized in Jiaju Tibetan Village due to local customs or other special reasons, no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration Must-Reads:

1. Regarding registration: Please do not register if you have infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, are in the recovery period after a major surgery, have limited mobility, are pregnant, or have other conditions that make you unsuitable for travel. Those who register on behalf of others should also verify the health status of the person being registered. If the registrant or someone registering on behalf of someone else conceals their health condition, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
2. Regarding accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for team members. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared psychologically. The Sichuan-Tibet line is sparsely populated, and basic infrastructure is limited. Due to the high altitude, water and electricity resources are scarce, and water and power outages may occur sometimes. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Particularly clean team members can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. Regarding seating: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the first seat on the right is for the tour guide. The others are regular seats. Please choose your own seats after boarding. Please be considerate of each other during the long-distance travel in the plateau.
4. Regarding road conditions: The overall road condition of the Sichuan-Tibet line is good. Occasional snowfall occurs in spring. There is often ice and snow on high mountain passes and shady roads, and the road surface is slippery. Please be aware of this.
5. Force majeure: (1) Our company is not liable for compensation if the contract cannot be fulfilled and the journey changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, mudslides, road and bridge destruction, flight delays, national policies, war, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.). (2) The increased travel expenses caused thereby shall be borne by the team members themselves. (3) Our company will refund the reduced or unspent expenses to the team members truthfully.
