Q: Is it possible to deliver luggage from a hotel in Seoul to a hotel in Busan on the same day?

A: Same-day delivery is available. The luggage will be delivered by 8:00 PM (KST) on the same day.

Q: I am planning to deliver luggage from a hotel in Seoul to a hotel in Incheon, but I would like it to be delivered the next day instead of the same day. Is this possible?

A: Yes, it is possible. However, same-day delivery is the default for deliveries within the capital area (Seoul and Incheon). You must contact us after making your reservation to request a change to the delivery date. If no contact is made, the luggage will be delivered the same evening, and we will not be responsible for any issues that arise as a result.

Q: Is Airbnb available?

A: This service is designed for to and from hotel front desks. If you are not staying at a hotel, please send us the following 3 details via Line business app

Damage Policy

  • Damage Assessment: The condition of the luggage will be assessed at the time of pickup, so we recommend taking a photo of your luggage when you drop it off. If the condition of the luggage is not confirmed at the time of pickup, we will not be able to provide compensation for any damage.
  • Transportation and Safety: While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, minor scratches or marks may occur during transportation. We recommend using a suitcase cover for extra protection.
  • Excess Weight: Damages caused by excess weight will be considered the customer’s responsibility, and we will not provide compensation.
  • Non-Impact Damages: Damage not caused by external impact (e.g., damage to old products, defects such as worn-out wheels or handles) is not eligible for compensation.
  • Liability and Compensation:
  • [Lost Items] If the luggage is lost, we will compensate up to 500,000 KRW. (If the responsibility lies with our company)
  • [Damaged Items] If the luggage is damaged, compensation will be provided based on the extent of the damage, with a maximum of 200,000 KRW.
  • In accordance with our company standards, we will compensate for luggage parts or provide depreciation-based compensation (regardless of the original purchase price), up to 200,000 won.
