1. Driver was late and his car suddenly went out of battery and driver didn’t know why. 2. We have an elderly with us and driver didn’t really bother to help her get up and down of the car. 3. Quite rude, talking back to us (we said it was drizzling and we don’t want our grandma to get wet and he just kept saying it wasnt raining) 4. Not appropriate, he would reach out to the passenget seat and sometimes his arm would hit my chest. 5. Service not worth the price at all.
