Can I amend the participation time?

The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time. No changes can be made.

When is the last time slot for participation?

The swing operates every 40 minutes from 8:00-14:40. Please join within the times specified.

Can I cancel booking?

No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.

What time is pick-up?

Please join on the specified date and time and register inside the Station Building (intersection between Shotover Streets and Camp Street) 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Can I redeem the voucher with my mobile phone?

You must present a printed voucher. No mobile vouchers will be accepted.

Can I drive to the activity location myself instead of taking the shuttle bus?

No, all the participants need to take the shuttle bus to the activity location.
