Swiss Airlines itself... said they didn't know about the duplicate seat assignments. It was absurd, but I just went with it.

Easy to use, fast booking transaction! just find the track on time (15mins before), and hop in then you’re good to go! reliable and highly recommended! we will definitely book this again next time we visit but it should be months before so we could it cheaper (I read it online).

I used it very well. I printed it out on paper in advance and used it without any problems. It was a ticket that could be used at any time throughout the day. I asked the staff and used it safely. When they came for ticket inspection in the middle, I presented it and used it. Very good.
