- A 100% cancellation fee will apply after the booking is confirmed. Please be aware that refunds are not possible.
- Seats will be assigned on the day of the event. Please note that pre-assignment of areas or seat numbers is not possible.

- We and the organizer are not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets after ticket receipt. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
- All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day of the event.
- This ticket is for foreign nationals only. (Korean nationals cannot make a reservation.)
- If a minor makes a reservation, it will be considered as being made with parental consent.
