Ticket information

  • **All tickets will be sent by the organizer to the email you purchased the tickets within 48 hours after the order is confirmed. Please show the tickets issued by email when entering. **
  • There is no handling fee. Audiences can enter by scanning the electronic QR code.

Notes to ticket buyers

  • Each ticket is only for one person to enter the venue. You must hold a valid original ticket or scan the electronic ticket to enter.
  • Only suitable for persons aged 3 or above. Spectators aged 3-12 must be accompanied by an adult, please consider before purchasing tickets.
  • Only a maximum of 8 tickets can be purchased per transaction.
  • All tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
  • If tickets are lost, defaced or stolen, the organizer and the ticketing platform will not reissue or replace tickets, and will not assume any responsibility.
  • The seat map is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to change the ticket price, seat arrangement and number.

  • The performance may have strong light, flash or smoke effects. If the audience feels uncomfortable or needs assistance, please notify on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
  • Latecomers may be admitted at an appropriate time, but latecomers' right to enter the venue cannot be guaranteed.
