- Learning coffee tasting
- Understanding the degree of roasting and characteristics of coffee beans
- Experience manual roasting of coffee beans (100G green beans)
- Learning simple coffee roasting principles
- Introduction to hand-drip coffee brewing tools
- Explanation of basic brewing theory and techniques
- Demonstration and explanation of hand-drip coffee
- Applied practical experience . Workshop location: Mei Tak Industrial Building Dates: Flexible scheduling Time: 2.5 hours
