Reviews
Sunny and Brother Bear were both wonderful; they took great care of us throughout the trip and were enthusiastic and lively. As a student from mainland China studying in Hong Kong, I found the one-day group tour in Taiwan to be very well-organized. Before we even started, they covered safety precautions, the day's itinerary, important notes, and a detailed breakdown of costs. They also adjusted the schedule promptly based on weather and road conditions. They even arranged a group pre-order for milk tea and other drinks before we arrived at the scorching hot Yehliu. Our first stop was Yehliu, and it was incredibly sunny and hot, but we were so lucky because the sea and sky were an unbelievably vibrant blue – absolutely stunning! The sea and the rock formations are individually top-notch, but together they create a unique beauty. Afterward, we went to Shifen, where Sunny explained how Taiwan addresses the environmental pollution caused by sky lanterns, mentioning a government-backed recycling incentive program, which was fascinating. Jiufen Old Street is essentially a commercial and snack street, but what makes it unique are the genuinely delicious local foods and the beautiful sea, mountain, and Chenghuang Temple views (near Jiufen Elementary School) that you get after climbing the steps to the top. I don't recommend eating right when you enter; the grilled sausage and chocolate cake were quite ordinary. I sampled many things along the way: nougat crackers, pineapple cakes, purple-skinned peanuts, ginger sugar water, and more. The ba-wan (meatball) was pretty good; the pork seasoning was fragrant, the glutinous rice skin was easy to chew, and the bamboo shoots inside were the perfect touch. Later, a Taiwanese auntie from our group gave me a savory radish cake that she particularly loved, and it was incredibly delicious! The ice cream spring roll was decent; my fellow travelers and I gave it a passing grade. Our group had amazing luck with the weather; a torrential downpour started right after we finished our Jiufen itinerary and boarded the bus. Finally, we did a DIY pineapple cake activity and sampled many varieties. The biggest takeaway from this trip was meeting many interesting people; all my fellow travelers were great, and the experience was superb. I recommend everyone in the world visit Taipei!
Sunny was an amazing tour guide! She was very friendly, accommodating, and a great communicator throughout the tour. She gave us lots of helpful suggestions and recommendations to make our experience even better. We really appreciated her effort and guidance. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The tour with Sunny was fantastic. I'm from Spain, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends who come to Taiwan. I'm so glad I decided to see the surroundings of Taipei with this tour because it was incredibly comprehensive. Plus, Sunny was such a friendly guide. I believe it's a wonderful way to get to know Taiwan and immerse yourself in its culture in a very special way.
I had a great experience with the tour, especially with our tour guide, Jeff. One thing I really appreciated was that Jeff changed the order of our itinerary after receiving an update about the large number of tourists expected in Shifen at our scheduled time. Instead of going to Yehliu, Jiufen, and then Shifen, we visited Shifen first, followed by Jiufen. It was an excellent decision because there weren’t many people when we arrived in Shifen, and later in the afternoon it started to rain. Jeff speaks English well, so communication was easy throughout the tour. Another great thing was that all the entrance tickets were already included in the package, making the whole experience hassle-free. Everything was taken care of, so we could simply enjoy the attractions without worrying about buying tickets. Thank you.
Amazing day tour! I had an incredible time exploring Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen today. The absolute highlight was getting to make our own pineapple cakes - such a fun and delicious experience! A huge shoutout to our tour guide, Jeff, for his outstanding service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kept everything running perfectly smooth all day. Highly recommend this tour!
It was an incredible experience! Our tour guide Jeff is very friendly, and guided us troughout the tour. He is very informative about everything we should do during the tour. We had plenty of time to buy souvenirs, take pictures, watch the scenery. Me and my family enjoyed the whole trip thanks to ezfly! This tour is 10/10!
Big thanks to Ms. Sunny, she's been amazing and super friendly with us. We really appreciate her efforts to explain everything and go the extra mile to introduce us to Taiwan. She's super cheerful and enthusiastic as a tour guide. We're lucky to have her today. Hey Sunny, keep up the good work and chin up! The world needs good people like you.
Today's itinerary was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable! We visited Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen, and even got to experience making pineapple cakes by hand. Every activity was unique and special. A big thank you to our tour guide, Sunny, who was incredibly dedicated and responsible throughout the entire trip. Her explanations were detailed, and she was very attentive to everyone's pace and needs. From introducing attractions and planning routes to recommending delicious food, she put a lot of effort into everything, making our trip very relaxed and worry-free. The natural scenery at Yehliu was stunning, the sky lantern experience in Shifen was truly memorable, and the night views and snacks in Jiufen created a wonderful atmosphere. Making pineapple cakes by hand was also a fun and meaningful souvenir. The entire itinerary was well-planned, not too rushed, and never boring. Thank you, Sunny, for giving us such a wonderful day! I highly recommend this tour to friends visiting Taiwan!
i recommend this tour for first timers in taiwan. it is easy to communicate with the tour guide jeff. such a really nice guy, he would recommend you some tips and advice. great tour and on time. would love to book again next time.
Experience was exhausting yet fun! Jeff is recommendable and knows his job very well. We were able to attend all activities and got home safely! It is preferred to book a tour than do a DIY, you wont make it to 4 spots in 1 day. Also, I was able to meet new friends!
