We will pick you up from downtown Chengdu and take you to a professional Sichuan cuisine cooking class. You will enter the culinary classroom and begin a wonderful “make Sichuan cuisine” experience. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you will personally make 2 to 3 classic Sichuan dishes. From the preparation and cutting of ingredients to the control of heat and the addition of seasonings, every step is full of challenges and fun. This is a market with Chengdu characteristics, bringing together various Sichuan characteristic spices. You are free to explore the market, learn about the types, characteristics and uses of spices, and pick your favorite spices to take home (at your own expense). After the half-day tour, a private car will take you back to your hotel in downtown Chengdu.
