  1. Shoes: There is ice and snow on the roads in the north in winter, and the road surface is relatively slippery. It is best to wear anti-skiing shoes. The shoes must be padded. Remember not to wear single leather shoes, otherwise it is easy to frostbite your feet. High-top hiking shoes are also very practical.
  2. Clothes: First wear a long-sleeved cotton underwear next to your body, then a wool sweater (older people can wear an extra sweater), and finally put on a down winter coat (with a hat is best). Please note: Each piece of clothing should not be too bulky to prevent air from invading.
  3. Pants: Ski pants are the best choice. If you don’t have ski pants, you are required to wear cotton underwear + thick wool pants + thick casual pants from inside to outside. Please note: Pants should be long rather than short, and the ankles should not be exposed.
  4. Gloves: It is best to prepare two pairs, one pair of thin textile gloves and one pair of ski gloves, because they are waterproof.
  5. Hat: It is recommended that the down winter coat you wear is equipped with a hood. The hat should preferably cover the ears. The wool is very warm and beautiful.
  6. Scarf: When you go out for sightseeing, cover your mouth, nose and neck with a scarf so that the cold air will not irritate your respiratory organs and you will not have a runny nose.
  7. Backpack: It is recommended to use a mountaineering bag. Don't bring a very good one, as it will wear out too much. A backpack used by beginners is fine.
