Q1> Do I need to bring my passport? A1> ALL participants are required to hold own PASSPORTs to join the tour (ONLY Actual Physical Passports are Acceptable) ※
Q2> Is shopping at the Duty Free store mandatory? A2> Shopping at the Lotte Duty Free is mandatory but not required to make any purchases.
Q3> How do I get the face mask? A3> Your Tour Guide will assist you on-spot during the tour.
※ If you do not arrive on time at the designated meeting point to start of the tour, you will NOT be able to join it. ※ ALL participants MUST have an available CONTACT number to reach in Korea. ※ This product is not available to individuals who do not have their own passports, those holding a Korean passport, or foreigners without a confirmed departure schedule from Korea. ※ Extra fee of 20,000 KRW may apply, and Duty Free benefits will not be available to those not have the actual PHYSICAL PASSPORTs when joining the tour.
