Train arrived promptly, sleeper cots were quite comfortable. Power outlets in our carriage worked. We were woken by the conductor before our stop in Hue, so no way for you to miss your stop
When you buy a sleeper ticket, you will be given a voucher directly. Show it before entering the station. You will be checked once on the bus. You may also receive a paid upgrade, so you can negotiate the price yourself! It’s definitely worth buying a sleeper berth on an overnight bus
