- Huanglong and Jiuzhai Valley are located in high-altitude areas. If you experience any discomfort, please contact your tour guide or driver promptly.
- Train seat assignments are random and are not guaranteed to be together. Ticket issuance times are subject to actual conditions and will be completed the afternoon before departure. Please pay attention to this.
- Due to the special nature of the itinerary, please add our customer service WeChat account and provide photos of the required documents promptly after registration. If you are unable to provide them in a timely manner, a return seat cannot be guaranteed, meaning you will have a standing-room-only ticket for the return trip.
- The extra train C9468 to Songpan Station will not be available. We are unable to purchase direct tickets from Jiuzhaigou to Songpan Station. Reservations can only be made by entering your ID number and cannot be purchased on-site. If guests insist on taking the 19:56 train, a separate fee will be charged for a private car to the station. Only the 20:30 and 21:30 train tickets from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station are available.
- Staff will collect identification information when creating the group chat. Please reply promptly!!!
- The Huanglong sightseeing bus is limited to 5,000 tickets per day by the scenic area. This fee is not included. If you need to book a sightseeing bus, please inform customer service at least 15 days in advance to check availability.
- Regarding Accommodation: Standard arrangements are for a twin room, with two adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "Single Room Supplement." A single traveler will be assigned a private room. If three adults are traveling together, purchase an additional "Single Room Supplement" to arrange for two rooms. If you need a king-size bed, please indicate this when placing your order.
- Special Note: The group price already includes discounted tickets based on special policies of the scenic area, so other discounts will not be applied.
- Because tickets are issued uniformly by the system, it is not possible to select seats on the bullet train. Please be aware of this.
- Staff will contact you one day before your departure to inform you of the pick-up arrangements. Please keep your mobile phone accessible. If you have not been contacted under special circumstances, please contact our staff/the merchant.
- Please be sure to bring your ID with you before departure, as the scenic spot uses ID verification for entry.
- To ensure the quality of the trip, the hotel does not accept extra beds or triple rooms. Single travelers should pay the single room supplement.
- Hotels in Jiuzhai Valley advocate environmental protection and do not provide disposable toiletries. It is recommended that guests bring their own toiletries.
- The route is through a plateau area, and traffic control is implemented on some sections, which can easily cause traffic jams. It is recommended to book return transportation for the next day to avoid unnecessary losses.
- On the day of the return trip, the hotel check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Tourists who need to extend their rest should contact the hotel front desk to understand the situation and complete the check-out procedures according to the hotel's requirements. After check-out, you can wait for the travel agency's transportation staff in the hotel lobby. Large luggage can be stored at the hotel front desk, and please take care of your valuables.
