Reviews
the trip was wonderful. it is worth visiting though a bit rush. we are considered lucky as it was snowing. It was so beautiful. the Zao Ropeway is another spot you must not missed. the view was magnificent.
it’s a good 2D1N tour if you want to hit the main attractions in Yamagata hassle free. itinerary was a little rush during return trip due to the long journey back but overall it’s still good. food and accommodation was decent as well. our group was huge and guide was very attentive towards elderly in the group. kudos to driver who drove across prefectures over 2 days.
The tour guide Patrick Wang is very serious, attentive and responsible. He is very patient with every passenger and tries his best to solve the problems encountered by every passenger. He also explains each itinerary carefully and repeats each paragraph in three languages: Chinese, English and Japanese. Ginzan Onsen is also great and all the queues for buying tickets are handled perfectly!
This itinerary is highly recommended, especially the moment when the bus emerges from the tunnel and suddenly enters a world of ice and snow, it's truly magical. You can see plenty of snow at both Ginzan Onsen and Zao Snow Monsters.
The train ride from Tokyo to Yamagata is four hours, but there are short breaks in between, so it's not too tiring. The tour guide, Mr. Ma, did an excellent job with the itinerary. The scenery in Yamagata is beautiful, especially since this tour covers all the major attractions in Yamagata in one go. The hotel stay with two meals was also abundant, and there was a nice hot spring. The only drawback is that the tour bus was a bit small; it would be perfect if a larger tour bus were used.
The itinerary is very good, the tour guide is professional, but there are too many people, one bus is very crowded, the scenery is beautiful, very good
The team leader Ma Jun was very serious and arranged the itinerary very well. The teammates also all gathered on time. I was very satisfied with the trip and would pass it on to my relatives and friends.
nice guide ( mr Carl ) very help full , and nice schedule
The leader is friendly, the explanation is detailed, and he also pays attention to the status of the group members at any time.
The itinerary is rich in content. The tour bus is new and comfortable. The included dinner and breakfast are also exquisite. Highly recommended.
