I loved that I could attend Dream Concert and see one of my favourite groups TRENDZ! It was also great because it was the one concert where foreigners got better seats than locals and seeing 30 artists because it was the 30th anniversary was a lot, but it was nice to see so many different artists in one place. Some issues in the process were that in the instructions they tell you to look for the Klook sign but when you arrive at the meeting spot there are many signs but none that say Klook so it can be very confusing regarding which line you should join. Throughout the tour the guide did not check our names so someone could just join for free since no one was verified. Also our bus had people that booked ground seating through Klook and some people that had booked VIP seating through KKday and when tickets got handed out everyone just got the same section so there was no distinction between people who had paid more for a better seat.

Our seats were decent and we had a fun time! The way the tickets were given out was a shame though as they were random so people in the back of the line got better tickets than people at the front and the whole system just seemed messy. I think if they gave the tickets based on when they were purchased it would be more fair. Aside from that the guide was friendly and the tour was nice. It was nice to have no stress about getting there and home on time. I enjoyed my experience and would book with Klook again!!

Couldn’t go on the tour but my seat at the concert was AMAZING!!! I thought i was going to seat far from the stage but they gave my floor tickets near the stage!! I had so much fun🥹 thank youu

The person who greeted us and the tour guide were fluent in Japanese, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. We appreciate the shuttle service, but after we booked this, we found tickets without shuttle service on another website for about half the price, so we wish they had that option. We had a lot of fun watching the concert and seeing so many idols and artists. The seats were surprisingly good and easy to see.
