Everything was smooth, comfortable, and perfectly timed-but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver and tour guide, Suleman. From start to finish, Suleman was the best-incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited, very friendly, and always willing to take photos, share tips, and make sure we were comfortable. He knew the perfect spots for views, the best timing for crowds, and even helped us discover hidden gems we wouldn't have known about. If you're planning to avail this tour, request for Suleman if you can. You will get a truly elevated and memorable experience. This tour is already great, but with him as your guide, it becomes unforgettable. Highly recommended! 🙌

We were very happy with the driver, Mian, who brought us to the relevant places to get exquisite pictures of Mount Fuji plus we were blessed with fantastic weather to be able to get excellent pictures. He also brought us to Sato Nemba village where we had very good halal Japanese meals and place to do our prayers. Strongly recommended!

What I appreciated most was mr Musa attention to detail—whether it was picking up from hotel , choosing the best viewing spots, helping with photos, or making sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Mr Musa was patient, friendly, and created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the trip, Thanks to Mr Musa, I was able to see Mt. Fuji from its most beautiful angles and learn so much more than I expected. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a truly special Mt. Fuji experience.

Our driver, Mussa Jutt, created a personalized itinerary for our family and took us to amazing places we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Mussa speaks perfect English, knows the region inside out, and everyone seems to know him! He had a great attitude throughout the trip and helped us with everything we wanted to do along the way. Highly recommend this private tour for families or small groups looking for a unique and flexible experience in Japan.

I booked this tour just 1 week before the actual trip date and was lucky to get instant confirmation. We were family of 7 including 3 kids and the tour guide/driver (Sikki) ensured that our every need was being met, be it additional stop to buy water or go to toilet. Sikki was very comfortable in speaking both English and Hindi (my native language) and he ensured that we get the best spots covered in detail. He was flexible with pick-up times and itinerary, still we managed to cover all hot spots like 5th Station, Lake Kawaguchi, Garden, Pagoda and finally the local village. With such a great experience, I am motivated to book other tours also through Klook.

We had the best day with Vicky! We wouldn’t have had the chance to explore the area like we did without booking this tour. For a private tour for 6 people it was 100% worth every penny. Our group didn’t really know exactly where we should go in Kawaguchiko, but Vicky was so helpful in helping us build an itinerary and very knowledgeable about the history of the many places we visited. My wife and I booked a trip to Mount Fuji. Our driver and guide Abu Bakar (Vicky) was very patient and accommodating. He was well equiped with the knowledge needed in explaining as we moved from one attraction to another. My wife and I enjoyed the many views of Mount Fuji, the ponds and lakes and surrounding forrests. I would highly recommend Vicky.

we had a fantastic tour today with Ali, he was friendly, knowledgeable and took us to wonderful places. All his suggestions were spot on. even though there was a lot of cloud cover we still had an amazing time and highly recommend the tour
