📍 Reservation and Meeting Point Information

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour’s cancellation no later than 7 days before departure, and the unfulfilled booking will be canceled.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
• All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to avoid missing critical information.

🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements

• This tour is a shared day tour in Japan and will be joined by other international travelers. Please be mindful of the meeting time and the group's pace.
• The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle types cannot be requested. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted in sequence due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the staff on board.
• On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean. We cannot guarantee assistance in a specific language. Thank you for your understanding.

🍒 Seasonal Fruit Picking Experience

• This tour includes a seasonal fruit picking experience, arranged according to the actual season. Common items and times are as follows:
• June to mid-July: Cherries
• Early August to mid-September: Peaches
• Early August to mid-October: Grapes
• Fruit varieties and picking times may be adjusted due to weather, yield, and other factors. Specific varieties cannot be requested, and the picking experience cannot be guaranteed.
• In the event of special circumstances requiring changes or cancellation of the experience, we will follow the notification guidelines of this tour (email notification 7 days before departure) and provide alternative options or refunds as appropriate.
• You can sample the picked fruit on-site. Some orchards also offer additional purchase services to take fruit home (depending on on-site conditions).

🧳 Luggage and Eligibility

• Participation is not recommended for infants under 2 years old or those with reduced mobility. This tour does not provide infant seats or accessible facilities.
• If you need to bring large luggage or have transportation needs, please specify this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements as appropriate.

👟 Clothing and Meal Recommendations

• Recommended attire: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes for walking and photo activities during the tour.
• Recommended items to bring: A small handkerchief or towel. Ginzan Onsen Street offers free foot baths, which can be used after soaking your feet.
• Lunchtime is free time on this tour. Please take care of your own meal expenses and choose your own meals. Staff can provide basic assistance, but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, be sure to confirm the contents and choose carefully.
