💡 Professional Tour Guide Service A thoughtful and attentive Mandarin/English/Japanese tour guide will take you on a tour of Hokkaido, allowing you to easily enjoy nature, culture, and gastronomy.
Good to know
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge and will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, the adult fare will apply.
- For groups of 10 or fewer, a driver will also serve as a tour guide in a small vehicle. To ensure the safety of our guests, the driver will only provide brief introductions to attractions and time management. We appreciate your understanding.
- This activity requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or provide a full refund.
- We will be waiting for you at the pick-up location selected on your order. Please do not change the pick-up location arbitrarily without prior notice (at least 3 days in advance), as this will prevent us from meeting you smoothly and may cause delays or missed tours.
- Please adhere to the scheduled times for the itinerary. If you are late, it will be considered an automatic cancellation of the tour, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
- As traffic is greatly affected by weather conditions, we are not responsible for any subsequent losses caused by delays due to traffic jams or other force majeure factors. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you need to bring luggage, including strollers and wheelchairs, please indicate this in the remarks column. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of passengers. If, 3-5 days before departure, the vehicle type is confirmed to be able to carry luggage, a handling fee and space reservation fee will be charged separately for luggage space and loading/unloading arrangements. The fee is JPY 1500 per item (cash only), to be paid to the tour guide before boarding. Please inform us in advance so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your journey smoother and more comfortable.
- In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, traffic control, or safety considerations, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary or duration of stops at each attraction accordingly.
- Due to weather and road conditions in winter, it is not recommended to schedule other itineraries or expensive dinner reservations after returning on the same day. We are not responsible for any losses incurred.
- A travel notice will be sent to your email by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please pay attention to it at that time. It contains the tour guide's contact information for the day, license plate number, and detailed information about the itinerary. Thank you.
