Our tour guide, Xiao Wu, gave a wonderful and very professional presentation. Highly recommended!
I was so impressed with the knowledge of the guide, she was very patient, friendly and share with us the story of every corners of the garden.
The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, and the entire tour route was well-planned. Unfortunately, it was a bit crowded due to the holiday, so I recommend avoiding public holidays.
I would recommend visiting in autumn because when we visited all the autumn leaves were falling but there are still lot to see
Although it rained that day, our tour guide patiently and thoroughly explained the itinerary for each stop. It was just a shame that the park wasn't very crowded that day.
Despite the hot weather, Tour Guide Xiao Wu remained dedicated and professional in his explanations. Highly recommended.
Detailed explanations, a great experience
The cultural tour started at 10:00 AM, meeting in front of a beverage shop. We didn't know how to get in touch beforehand, so we arrived early at the meeting point at 9:45 AM. As it got close to 10:00 AM, we didn't know who to contact. Later, we tried adding a WhatsApp number on WeChat, but we couldn't get in touch immediately because the request wasn't verified. We then decided to look for an on-site guide. The price was actually half the price of Klook, and it wasn't a group tour; they provided a private tour for just the two of us. The main issue was that the Klook guide didn't show up at the meeting point ahead of time to greet us, which was very frustrating for visitors from out of town. We eventually made contact, but we had no choice but to give up on that option. Although we ended up spending extra on a new tour guide, we felt it was well worth it.
