Jinju Namgang Lantern Festival Guided Tour

Was an amazing experience. The Tour Guides were awsome. And the other guests were really friendly and a joy to be around im glad i got the chance to experience the days events with them. The beginning with the park with flowers was beautiful and peaceful, probably perfect for couples and flower lovers. The temple was kind of unique and interesting so worth the slight detour, but the main event of the Lattern Festival was spectacular. It was really crowded but somehow the Guides were able to keep the group organized and together when we needed to be. The place was much bigger than I expected but the environment and attractions were amazing. From the Drone show, to the Firworks, to the lighting of the latterns and river, to the scenic walk along the waterway and castle. The food was good but hard to navigate because of the crowd, and I needed a domestic card or cash to buy things. But overall it was a Memorable experience and highly recommended for anyone thinking about going.

I loved this tour, the group was small, I like the schedule because we could enjoy every activity the right amount of time. Also Joseph Lee, the guide, was the best. He was very friendly and was always looking that we have a good experience. I would definitely do this tour again.

Jinju was beautiful. Tour itself could be better planned. The tour felt never slow at the start with the ecopark and river trail, then we finished quickly and waited for time in the JinJu fortress. It was ok as there were many things to see at the riverside while we waited for sunset for the lanterns. Lantern floating was a nice experience and the light show around 7:15 to 7:30pm by the fortress entrance was a nice surprise. As for the tour guide, Minsu was really nice and friendly. He tried to help us around, english was a bit broken, but he made sure you understood what was happening. He also helped take photos. I think what needs improvement is the timing and organization. There was a lot of "waiting time" then towards the end, felt bit rushed. Overall, still worth the trip

Quite a memorable experience, the tour, the drive, the flowers, the food, the lights were all amazing. Our tour guide was so awesome that put the trip over the top. I would go again and recommend to others

Really enjoyed this trip to Jinju! The pink muhly field was really nice and a great place for photos. The lantern festival was definitely the highlight though. It’s huge and there’s so much to see and walk around. We spent a lot of time exploring and there was still more to see. Definitely worth visiting, especially since the festival only runs for 16 days a year!

It was a fun trip with lovely flowers and the beautiful lantern festival. It was a new tour so they still need to figure out some details. Rather than including the lanterns they should include the day ticket for the bridges, which are totally worth taking.

We enjoyed every part of this tour. Our tour guide, Bada, was a 10/10! We recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant trip to the festival!

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Joseph our tour guide when above ans beyond to make our trip enjoyable. He got us safely to all our destinations and took time to explain interesting facts about the locations. I would definitely recommend this tour

The Jinju Lantern Festival is truly beautiful! I was lucky enough to catch the drone show and traditional performances while I was there.😍

Thank you, Joseph, for taking such good care of us all day. The evening riverside fireworks and drone show were spectacular. Since today was the first day of the event, the drive was a bit long and the crowds were huge, but it was definitely worth the trip.
