What to expect

Today we will visit 6 attractions and experiences: from Itoshima Meoto Iwa (Couple Rocks), Coconut Tree Swing, Ichiran Ramen, Shiraito Falls/Raizan Sennyoji Temple, Yanagawa River Cruise to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, a rich itinerary awaits you.

First Stop: Itoshima Meoto Iwa (Couple Rocks) Two giant rocks symbolizing love and bonds are connected by a shimenawa rope, with the magnificent ocean and crashing waves behind them. This is a must-visit spot for couples and families to take photos, and the morning sun shining on the sea is especially romantic.

Second Stop: Coconut Tree Swing The coconut tree swing facing the sea is Itoshima’s most popular Instagrammable spot. Sit on it and sway gently with the wind, with the blue sky and coastline in view. A casual photo here is a postcard-perfect vacation shot.

Third Stop: Ichiran Ramen Main Store Lunch is specially arranged at the famous Ichiran Ramen in Hakata, with its rich tonkotsu broth paired with springy thin noodles, exuding a fragrant aroma. This bowl of authentic ramen instantly replenishes energy and satisfies the taste buds.

Fourth Stop: Shiraito Falls / Raizan Sennyoji Temple Different attractions are visited depending on the season: in summer, explore Shiraito Falls and feel the refreshing coolness of the cascading waterfall; in autumn, visit Raizan Sennyoji Temple, where the mountains are covered in red leaves, complementing the solemn Thousand-Armed Kannon, experiencing the beauty of Japan’s four seasons.

Fifth Stop: Yanagawa River Cruise Board a small boat and let the boatman propel it with a bamboo pole, slowly drifting through ancient waterways. Weeping willows and small bridges intertwine on both banks, as if you are in a painting from the Edo period, tranquil and poetic.

Sixth Stop: Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine Finally, arrive at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, dedicated to the god of learning. In addition to praying for blessings, you can also taste specialty snacks like Umegae Mochi on Omotesando, experiencing the dual charm of culture and cuisine.

These six major attractions and experiences each have their own unique characteristics, from coastal scenery to waterside charm, and then to shrine culture, forming a wonderful and rich day trip to Kyushu. Come and embark on this beautiful journey with us and keep it in your memories.

Review for: 系島&柳川一日遊(不含柳川遊船費用)

Haha, our handsome guide, Mr. Wang, praised us, saying we bring our own halo! No matter which attraction we visited, the rain would suddenly disappear, only to resume once we got back in the car, haha. Overall, my partner and I were very impressed with Mr. Wang's excellent planning and the smooth flow of the itinerary. He skillfully avoided crowds and traffic, making every stop feel like a VIP experience, without any jostling. First, we recharged our energy with a refreshing natural waterfall, then we headed to the Ichiran Ramen factory for a satisfying meal. This itinerary exceeded our expectations, and we're so glad we signed up; we ate until we were happily full! Next, we revisited childhood memories, stretching our muscles and taking beautiful photos on the swings – so much fun! Then we saw a torii gate, which rarely comes in white... it was truly wonderful. The grand finale was boarding a boat filled with joy for an unprecedented, thrilling challenge, and we even got to hear locals singing – what a blissful feeling! This tour is truly worth recommending. Oh, and yes, you absolutely must buy the Yanagawa seaweed! Don't even think twice, just buy a ton to take home; you won't regret it, and it makes a great souvenir. It's not something you can find everywhere!

We had a wonderful day with our guide, Carson! He was able to adapt the day to save us time and was attentive to everyone throughout the day. The scenery was superb, the ramen meal delicious, and the little cruise in Yanagawa truly memorable! I recommend this tour 100%!

Wendy was an understanding and patient guide. She also offered to take photos for groups or solo travelers like myself. The stops had enough time to see everything. It was a very full day visiting different prefectures in Japan. I completely recommend it.

Review for: Eintägige Tour (ohne Kreuzfahrttickets)

We took the tour as a couple – and it was really worth it! Our guide Wendy was not only incredibly funny, but she always took care of us and actively involved us in the group. Although we had a tight schedule, we were able to see all the sights – even the rain didn't dampen the good mood. We especially liked the relaxed, cheerful atmosphere throughout the tour. We had great conversations and also received valuable tips: which specialties are truly regional and which ones you can get elsewhere. This gave us the feeling of receiving recommendations directly from a local. The tour is also ideal for photography enthusiasts – there is enough time to capture the most beautiful motifs, always supplemented by exciting background information. Our personal highlight, however, was the trip to the Torii in the water – an unforgettable sight!

It was my first time to join a local tour. Luckily, I met a very considerate tour guide, Kelvin. He adjusted the itinerary according to the traffic conditions, allowing us to travel and shop comfortably without rushing around. Kelvin deserves a thumbs up for arranging for us to eat eel rice. He knew my sister couldn't sit on her knees, so he arranged for us to sit on chairs to enjoy the delicious eel rice and watch the boats passing by outside the window. It was a truly unforgettable day. 👍
