- Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt
- As SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is a unique space, please note the following attire requirements:
- Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted
- Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. SUMMIT One Vanderbilt recommends wearing pants, shorts, or tights when possible
- If visiting during the day, SUMMIT One Vanderbilt recommends bringing sunglasses
- Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
