The Good: The service itself was excellent. Despite heavy rain, the driver was professional, drove very safely, and was incredibly helpful with our heavy baggage. The car was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. The Catch: The pre-trip communication needs improvement. I didn't receive the driver’s details automatically; I had to email the supplier myself to confirm. I finally received the information only 35 minutes before the pickup. Verdict: Great execution, but the booking process was a bit stressful due to the late communication.
I encountered a female driver for the first time in Thailand. She greeted me with a smile from beginning to end, making it a very pleasant short trip. We had a lot of fun using a translation app for in-car conversations. As an option, when I went via Pink Ganesha, she guided me from the parking lot to Pink Ganesha and even took pictures for me. Thank you, I recommend it.

I was picked up at the hotel without any problems. It was a regular car, not a taxi. There was one restroom break along the way. It was a shame we got caught in traffic.
The driver was so interesting, the service was friendly and punctual, and the driving was very stable. While chatting in the car, he also recommended a famous sea view restaurant in Pattaya. It was really a beautiful sea view. I hope to meet him again next time. The service was really great.
