Wolong China Giant Panda Park Shenshuping Base

I had a very beautiful day with Pandas in Wulong Shin Shu Ping Giant Panda base. The busis on time and bus station is easy to find. The view along the way is beautiful once you get inside the mountains. At the park you will have enough time and be free to walk and take photo and observe the pandas. It's walkable inside with good shoes. No need to pay 15 CNY to take the shuttle bus. I finished all parts in 2.5 hours. There's only one place inside to eat(they sell noodles and rice cups, coffee and ice cream) with the a souvenir shop(a bit more expensive prices than in the city) So better to take a sandwich with you. The toilet has no tissue so bring wet paper with you. I had a bit difficult situation on the way back because they put the wrong meeting up place to get on the bus in Klook app. So I missed my bus at 3 pm so I called the tour company and they arrange a new bus for me at 5 pm and refund me the shuttle bus ticket(15 CNY) because I didn't take the shuttle bus plus 45 CNY for my food and drink while I was waiting. for the next bus. This is something over my expectation :) So if you missed your bus , just contact the tour staff there's local number in Klook app and you better sign up in We chat app to communicate with staff and make sure your phone can make a call. This is really helpful in emergency condition. Overall I had a very great time in my tour. This is my first visit in China and I'll definitely come back. P.S. I used it very comfortably. (1) Thanks to Klook's customer service, I was able to contact the seller via wechat. It was nice that the seller spoke good English, answered any questions I had in real time, and clearly conveyed information about the boarding location (2) ) Unlike other sellers, this product involved a tour guide, so there was no inconvenience of not being able to communicate with the driver. The female guide helped me right away by confirming the reservation details, so I had a really comfortable ride without any major difficulties. (3) And finally, the return trip boarding location was right at the entrance to the panda base, so it was really nice that I didn't have to go to the ticket booth!!! Thank you~~

It was the best trip because I got to see Fubao!!! However... the information says that they will give you the boarding car number an hour in advance, but there was no contact and I had to go find the bus myself and check the list, so it was difficult. I almost didn't get to see Fubao.

Never buy it here. I bought it here to avoid going to the ticket office, but they say I have to go to the ticket office and exchange the physical ticket. Please note that the distance between the base entrance and the ticket office is very far. Please do not buy it here.
