Nguon Spa & Massage Experience in Da Nang

Everything was great!! We booked a 90-mins full body massage, and we was impressed by the moment we arrived at the spa. The building is well-designed and beautifully decorated inside and out, giving the nature and calming vibe. The staff was very polite and friendly, clearly guiding us through the process. The place is nice and clean too. Tranh BK was my therapist and she was very good! I’m from Thailand and I have chronic back & shoulders pain, so my expectations for massage is very high, but Tranh could meet my expectations. After the massage, I feel relief, relaxed, and satisfied. They also have complimentary drinks & snacks both before and after the massage, and they’re very well presented. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome and excellent service 🙏🏼

Amazing experience when u enter the spa you look like you transported to another place the ambiance was amazing. the staff was very friendly and welcoming they assisted us right away the reception staff went up to our room make sure we have a nice and relaxed pressure 5mins that we want. the massage therapist was so friendly the room was quiet and have a relaxing music. i fell asleep while they doing a massage. highly recommended and we definitely go back again once we have vietnam vacation. thanks to our massage therapist Trang BT and Thaānh BL we have a great time.

I had a fantastic time at Nguon Spa. Even the arrival was wonderful. I was immediately greeted warmly and offered a drink. The massage was pure heaven. My masseuse, Tranh Bk, was fantastic. I've never had such a good massage and would come back anytime. Highly recommended.

This was my first purchase using the Klook app, and I accidentally visited without a reservation. The staff member who assisted me at that time was very pleasant, so I made a new reservation and returned the next day. I chose the 60-minute shampoo course. First, I was offered tea and dried fruit. Afterward, I went up to the second floor to store my belongings in a locker and received a foot bath. I then moved to a room and changed only my upper body. Although I was in the same room as other guests, the shampoo stations were spaced apart. The service began with a head massage, followed by the shampoo. Some water got into my ears and splashed on my face, but since I'm not in Japan, I expected that (laughs). After the shampoo, I received a massage for my neck, shoulders, décolletage, and arms. Then, I went up to the third floor for a blow-dry and some kind of machine treatment (?). Finally, I went back down to the second floor to retrieve my belongings, then to the first floor where I was served tea and a light snack. I didn't have a chance to give a tip, but apparently, they don't accept tips. My therapist was Duyen. Thank you very much.

Had a very relaxing and satisfying massage experience. Special thanks to Nu, Duyen, Vybk, and Anhbc for their excellent service. They were all professional, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the session. Their technique was very good, and we left feeling refreshed and relieved from body tension. After enjoying it yesterday, my dad couldn't wait to book another massage for today. We were very satisfied with all the services today, so I won't repeat myself, but I'll just talk about the overall highlights: 1.) The massage center is similar in class to Thailand's Let's Relax, but the overall environment is more elegant. 2.) The service is impeccable. From the moment you enter, you feel like you're being treated like royalty, especially by the slender receptionist who served us yesterday (I know her name today), Hanh, who arranged everything for me today. And the four masseuses who served us today, Thuy BK, Le BK, Phuong BK, and Thuy BT, all provided dedicated service and were very attentive to the elderly. 3.) I don't know if it's because it's winter, but during the massage, they use a hot beanbag to wrap your feet, and when you turn over for the front massage, they use a hot pillow and eye mask to apply to your face. Every detail is very thoughtful. 4.) From the welcome drink upon entering to the snacks and drinks you can enjoy before leaving, every detail is done very well. So I recommend that if you don't have a favorite spa center, this one is definitely worth a try.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN DA NANG!!! everything is so good! The place is so aesthetic. the staff are very friendly and accommodating! shoutout to Ms. Trabl for doing my hairwash and neck, shoulders massage! she is so good! when you’re in da nang book this activity! you’ll feel refresh all day! plus the tea and snacks before and after the service - wooooww! so amazing!

This was a wonderful place with excellent hospitality. Mrs. Trang and Mrs. Huynh took care of me, and their attention to detail was superb, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The 75-minute course allows you to choose between a 15-minute sauna followed by a 60-minute massage, or a 75-minute massage. For the sauna, you can select either steam or dry. The lemongrass in the sauna created a lovely aroma. From the time I filled out the massage consultation form to the after-treatment drinks and other services, the entire experience took about two hours. If you have a tight schedule, please be mindful of the time. After the massage, they were kind enough to hold my suitcase, which was incredibly helpful as it allowed me to sightsee unencumbered.
