Review for: Join-In 3 Hour Tour

I was waiting at the meeting area and approached one of the staff members from the same tour. He told me to wait and said I’d be joining the group with the green umbrella. When I found the guide with the green umbrella, I showed her my reservation, but my name wasn’t on the list. I also noticed my booking was marked as a German-speaking tour. I waited, but no other tour arrived, so I couldn’t join anything. I’d like to request a refund for this. I booked it yesterday, for Christmas but none of it happened
